Introducing the TRAIN RX Athlete Performance Program

  • Unique and challenging instructor-led group training program designed to improve athletic performance through a combination of strength, endurance, balance and mobility movements
  • Open to motivated co-ed athletes 16 and over (as of 6/1/2019), no prior experience is required
  • Developed and tested by competitive athletes
  • Focused on improving core performance metrics utilized by elite high school and collegiate training programs
  • Low resistance, high-intensity training program with a focus on the fundamentals of athletic movement to safely build strength and endurance
  • 5- and 7-week programs to meet your training and schedule needs
  • Register as an individual or a group (4+ athletes). All athletes will be assigned to groups for the duration of the program at the discretion of TRAIN RX staff.

5-Week “Competitor” Program (Individual rate: $450 / Group rate: $400 per athlete)

  • Three 75-minute sessions per week (with 1 make-up day per week)
  • TRAIN RX Performance T-Shirt
  • Measurement of key performance metrics at beginning and end of training program
  • Original training sessions designed to challenge competitive athletes and build the foundations of functional training and safety
  • Fast-paced and diverse, great music and social media tie-ins allowing athletes to maintain focus and motivation
  • Final fitness competition featuring individual and team events
  • 3 convenient program start dates
    • Option 1: Week of 6/24
    • Option 2: Week of 7/8

7-Week “Elite Athlete” Program (Individual rate: $750 / Group rate: $695 per athlete)

  • Four 75-minute sessions per week (with 1 make-up day per week)
  • All of the same benefits of the “Competitor” program with increased intensity to build elite athletic performance
